Basilea Pharmaceutica – Capital Markets Day 2024

Investor Days and Annual General Meetings are becoming increasingly important for companies to reinforce communication and strengthen relationships with investors, rating agencies, financial analysts, business media and shareholders. While the AGM is the highest decision-making body and contains legal requirements, the investor day allows more freedom in the organisation, design and communication of information on strategic matters of the company. It helps to promote and build trust with the audience and allows them to receive first-hand information in a more informal setting.

up&up Consulting AG was assigned to consult, conceptualise and deliver Basilea Pharmaceutica‘s investor day, the Basilea Capital Markets Day 2024. It was important for us to strenghten the visibility and credibility of management, emphasize the management team’s expertise and sharpen the company’s value proposition and growth strategy. It was essential that the company has something new to tell. Packaging, rehearsing and presenting this in a compelling story full of experience, emotion and technical details was for us of the utmost importance for the success of the event.
